Are the shirts in your Keuka store the same as your online store?
No, they aren't. While our Keuka location is stocked with shirts printed locally in bulk, our online store sells items printed on demand at a printing facility and shipped directly to the customer. You may find different colors and styles online than in the store.
When will I receive my order?
Your t-shirt is printed on demand just for you, and our printing facility produces and ships the item 2-5 days after purchase. When the item is shipped, you'll receive an email or text message with the tracking information. After that, standard shipping times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).
What is your return policy?
We guarantee our products and will happily replace damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at hello@theolneyplace.com with your order number and a photo of the quality issue within 30 days of receiving your item.
